In reviewing the process from start to finish, my husband and 1 would rate our experience A+. We had selected Persson because of our past experience of having our roof replaced. "Competitive price, very efficient and responsive, and cleaned up completely. Make sure you understand the contract terms, but that goes for every contractor/contract. The terms benefited us in repair of the underlayment as unknown problem before removal of the existing shingles, [100-year-old house] and when replacing existing skylight, the existing opening was not square. But we did not realize that flashing around the chimney and vents was not included. Recommend them for work they did: repair and replacement of roofing, skylight and gutters."

The owner came out himself and did a temporary repair until the whole crew could get here the next week. AAA+ materials as promised, craft work done exactly right. Kent has done several jobs for us at St. Peter's-on-the-Canal. We have been very happy with the quality of his work. The vinyl siding job he did on the Church in 1995 has held up very well over these almost 20 years; the exterior of the Church is very attractive and often commented on by visitors. 

Most recently in the fall of 2012, Kent repaired portions of our roof and replaced a whole section of the roof. He was on time and not only did what he said he would do, he did more! We are hoping to replace the rest of our roof soon and will certainly want him to do the job for us. He is fair in his pricing and a pleasure to work with. "
